		<description>HIIT interval training has been incredibly effective for me.  I was doing HIIT training 3x a week during my diet because I only had 25 minutes a day to exercise because of my busy work schedule and taking care of the kids.  I would head out the door and do 15 second sprints followed by 45 seconds of rest.  I started at 5 and built up to 20 reps.  This would get my going in the morning, keep my metabolism firing on all cylinders throughout the day, and helped me lose 18 pounds in 6 weeks.  It&#039;s a great method.  It also makes you tough :)</description>
