That’s right, if you want to have that ripped, in-shape look that has people turning their head as you walk along the street or beach – your going to need a diet plan that works.
Bottom line, you can do all the crunches you want, but if you are eating more calories than you are burning, you will not lose weight.
One might ask – is there any way to eat like a human and still lose weight?
The answer is yes. I have taken the time to review numerous diet plans, strategies and ideas. Taking on the dieting industry and weeding your way through all the marketing hype can be enough to kill a diet before it gets started. But don’t let this frustrate you, I have found a lot of great tools that will work. You will lose the weight and be in the best shape of your life. Ow, and I promise you, no grapefruit diets here.

Dieting and Fasting
Intermittent fasting is a short-term fast used to lose weight. With a good plan, fasting is a very effective way to lose weight. An intermittent fast only lasts for a 24 hour period. After your fast, you can eat how, what and when you like for several days until your next fast. I have found this method to be incredibly simple and effective dieting strategy that allows me to eat what and how I want most of the week.
