Why Fitness?
A better question might be, why not exercise fitness and health?
It has been shown that inactivity nearly doubles your risk of heart disease. Exercise that leads to fitness and health is about as close to the elusive magic elixir for longevity we have.
There are few things you can do or take in your life right now that offer as many benefits as exercise fitness and health. Here are just a few of the benefits you may experience with a well thought out fitness plan taking into consideration diet, cardio and resistance training.

This by no means is an all encompassing list. The benefits of exercise fitness and health are incredible. This list didn’t even touch on self image and confidence benefits.
We all have reasons why we can’t exercise, I have my favorite list myself. But, once I get out there and get started my list fades away and by the time I am through my workout I almost always feel better than when I started.

After your fast, you can eat how, what and when you like for several days until your next fast. I have found this method to be incredibly simple and effective dieting strategy that allows me to eat what and how I want most of the week.
