The TV Diet TrapDIET TRAP 1: Eating while watching TV
Too many people sit down in front of the TV bag of snacks in hand. When you eat while watching TV, most people are unaware how many calories they are consuming. If you must eat in front of the TV, review the products nutrition facts and place an appropriate potion on a separate plate. Leave the bag in the pantry.
