You are working for shorter periods of time at a faster rate! so lets say you are going to do a kettle bell swing and burpee complex for 8 mins straight, you would go as fast as you can for intervals of 20 secs and have a 10 sec rest, you would rotate the exercises till 8 mins have been completed. Interval training is different from other workouts because it is a shorter workout with awesome benefits. Its great for people who have a hectic lifestyle. The purpose of interval training is to spike your heart rate to your highest heart rate zone for the 20 seconds that you are doing the exercise, then you use the 10 seconds to slow and control your heart rate. By bringing your heart rate up and down it is helping to increase your metabolism and get your body to its fat burning stage.</description>

		<description>While I have done interval training in the past, and it can burn more calories in a shorter amount of time. I have found for myself that in order to stay consistent in my workouts, low intensity for a long period of time works best for me, now that i&#039;m getting older.
